Preliminary Plat Approved by Commissioners for Carova Beach Lot Reconfiguration

By unanimous consent, the Board of Commissioners approved preliminary plat approval of the reconfiguration request with just one stipulation: tear down the dilapidated oceanfront home on the oceanfront by the Carova Beach Firestation.
